Alley
Reported via mobile in the Alleyway category anonymously at 19:26, Tuesday 11 August 2026
Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 9934382.
I reported fly tipping in the alley by China Gaga 4 days ago, this has not yet been cleared. The rubbish includes food waste, cans, dirty nappies etc and is a health hazard. Initially you told me this had been cleared but it hadn't so I re-reported it. This alley is now full of more rubbish including cardboard, bottles and cans and this is an ongoing problem. I have been told it is often used by people taking drugs and these people drop large empty glass bottles which in this heat is a danger as they could catch fire. I personally clear the alley on a regular basis but no sooner is it cleared more litter is dropped, and I have reported this several times but no one seems to take responsibility and no one seems to know who owns it. This alley really does need the council to look into who owns it, and come to some solution to stop this issue. I have reported it to my local councillor but so far have not had a response. Please look into this area as a matter of urgency, one to clear the accumulated rubbish that is there now but also a longer term solution which could include closing the alley off completely or at least contacting the owner to make sure they regularly visit to maintain it
