Fence Trellis

We have just replaced the trellis to the garden fence between Cardamom Court and the public car park on Albion Road, following damaged caused when opening the bin lids without due care. This has been reported to councilor Rags Sandhu in the past and he has visited site and seen the issue. We cannot afford to continually repair/ replace these, so can you please site these bins elsewhere within the car park ?
