State changed to: "Fixed" But the Flag still Here. I will keep reopening the report until the flag is removed. This is a Health and Safety Risk and nee to be removed immediately. Flags and banners affixed to street furniture (e.g., lampposts, railings, highway trees, or road signs) without permission are prohibited. Hanging flags on lampposts creates major safety risks, driver distractions, and legal offenses because street columns are not built to hold extra weight or climber.
