3.8.26 11.20-11.30am Was walking along side of Avenue Road carpark(Bexleyheath) and heard what was obviously a load being dumped. As I got to entrance Road, white open back transit truck was pulling out (empty) Walked into carpark and saw mattress, fridge and other rubbish dumped alongside refuse bins. See photo for reg number of suspect vehicle. 2 occupants were then seen parked in Percy Road using the local post office.
