A black Fiat Panda car - Republic of Ireland - numberplate - has been abandoned

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 9810629.

In Trinity Place - opposite the church entrance in a parking bay. It has been there for at least four months, could be longer. It has at least three parking tickets on the windscreen. According to the official website - the tax and NCT are overdue.
