Illegal encampment

There are homeless people sleeping in tents along the verge/green of Methuen Road and whilst it is a sad indictment on this world that we have people living this way, there are now 3 shopping trolleys left on the pavement nearby them and litter along the verge. This is a problem I have noticed this week, over the last few days. We pay a lot of council tax for this area and to see the littering and abandoned trolleys especially is saddening, frustrating and a concern
