The drain grate has fallen in leaving a huge hole

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 9711507.

This drain grid has collapsed leaving a hole large enough for a child to fall in, a car wheel to get stuck or a cyclist to have a serious accident. I have put some plastic buckets on it to make it visible but it is still very unsafe.
