Fly tipping - The green Welling

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 9408010.

Black bags have been dumped on the pavement at the Green junction of Sutherland Avenue and the school. The bags have been ripped open and the litter is over the pavement.

There is also black bags further down in Westwood lane.

Please can this be cleared.
