KFC dump surplus stock in the street

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 9407233.

The Welling Branch of KFC routinely dumps bags of surplus chicken in the street. Not only is this wrong, it encourages foxes to turn up. KFC should follow the correct rules on business waste . I have pictures of this.
