Drainages are blocked by Tarmac

Hi, In January 2026 new re-surfacing has been done in Heath Road. The Tarmac (black material) has accumulated in all the drainage holes along the heath road where re-surfacing has been carried out. The contractors who has done the road works has not removed those Tarmac's which went into the drainage holes. I have raised a report - 8827702 in February has been closed without any actions. The issue is still the same, can you please ask somone from Council to come and investigate the issue and take action. Thanks.
