A person on my road has multiple skips filled with rubbish outside his house at all times. He is not having work done at his property. It is an eyesore and often has dangerous metals overflowing. A person clearing it was wearing a face mask which causes a concern that there is asbestos or other hazardous materials. There are children living on the street.
