Vehicle causing obstruction to junction for cars running into Upton Road south and cars turning into riverdale Road parked literally 2 metres max from a very busy junction larger vehicles struggling to turn into riverdale Road safely and road blocked when cars trying to turn into Upton Road south not moved for weeks
