Urgent attention is required regarding illegal fly-tipping behind Westmoreland Avenue. The rubbish is preventing residents from using their garages, but more critically, the waste is attracting vermin and a high volume of foxes, creating an unsanitary and dangerous environment. Please advise when an enforcement team will be dispatched to clear the area.
