Anti Social Behaviour

Yet another Sunday disturbance at 6:15am banging and crashing, engines running entering allotments during hours of peace. We are entitled to peace and quiet 11pm-7am especially at on a Sunday morning. By 7:15am loads cars entering allotments walking residents up. We wish to apply for an ASBO on this behaviour. There is an allotment entry gate via the park for early morning access. Why is this not being enforced. Yesterday morning also the dog escaped again on west gate running in road with a large chain attached to its lead causing a nuisance to pedestrians and traffic. It’s non stop lack of respect for local residents. The allotment committe repeadily doing nothing.
