Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 9388098.

Overhanging vegetation including sharp brambles next to a parking bay means the pavement is often restricted particularly for a wheelchair . 39 Sydney Road the house seems to have been unoccupied for several years.
