Shopping trolley dumped

Sweet to the belly jamaican stall in the centre of Bexleyheath next to the clock tower have dumped a shopping trolley in that little alley which belong to our building . It is not the first time that people see them dumping rubbish as well using our bins . When I confronted him today he reply fk off to me . I told him to remove that trolley and rubbish otherwise I would have called the police but he laugh and turn around and left for his stall
