Dying trees overhanging road

Two trees opposite number 15 and 17 Pinewood road. Both are dying (you can see in images that tops of trees have no leaves). Over time they have begun to overhang towards the opposite houses and roadway. This is a danger to vehicles, pedestrians and the properties in the road when they inevitably fall. Grateful if these could be cut down to avoid damage to property or injury.
