Pot hole in grass area near goal concerned it’s an old manhole as there is a clear hole under concrete bridging

A hole has appeared in close proximity to the goal in Hollyoak park, the hole appearing looks quite deep should the concrete bridge give way. Also concerned someone could twist their ankle in it.
