Graffiti gang related animal animations painted

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 9252762.

On the left hand side on entering nelson road upper belvedere. On boarding outside wds signs. Offensive gang related spray painted caricatures. This has happened a few occasions over a few years. As the spray painting is the same each time with tags attached. Many thanks.
