Rubbish bin outside cafe

Good morning I would like to find out of it would be possible to have the bin moved from directly outside my cafe seating area. The bin is constantly full of bags of dog poo and many dog walkers allow their dogs to wee up the bin. We have a hygeine rating of 5 which is very important to us and as you can imagine the bin is very un-hygenic and not pleasant in the warm weather when customers are consuming food and drinks in the outside area.
