Rubbish near bushes and rats running around on path

Reported via mobile in the Street cleaning and litter category anonymously at 17:53, Saturday 4 April 2026

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 9239870.

There was rubbish located underneath the bushes, and I was exiting the Broadway Shopping Centre and was about to head down the path going past the Magistrates Court when I saw rubbish underneath the shrubs opposite the Court and a large rat ran from beneath the bushes onto the staircase of the Magistrates Court. I then decided to take a different route to walk. Please ensure this area is cleaned and the issue is dealt with appropriately as rats pose a serious health hazard to pedestrians due to the diseases they carry.
