All the rubber tarmac is coming away

Came to the park in martens grove and all the rubber tarmac is a dangerous situation my 2 granddaughters have had accidents today tripping over raised and cracked areas in the playground and big holes were an item has been taken away and not fixed on the ground and big climbing slide with bars around it is quite dangerous im awere that this will cost alot to fix but so will paying out when there is a serious accident.
