Pot hole and risen road surface got worse over years

Big piuece of road risen which has been poorly repaired several times and the repair break safter a few weeks - road neds to be dug up and leveled correctly - Also random concrete showing in areas of road on horley close - needs repairing correctly once an for all as damaged my motorbike tyres on more than one ocassions
