Collapse of pathway/alleyway

The pathway (alleyway) concrete path has collapsed down the side of my fence, damaging two fence posts. The damage to the concrete pathway is putting a lot of duress on my fence posts. If a strong wind blows, it could collapse the fence panels held by the broken fence poles, causing harm to the public accessing the pathway. As a temporary fix, I’ve had someone come prop the fence, but it requires urgent attention by the local authority.

    Hello,

    Since reporting the issue re collapsed pathway over three weeks ago, I’m writing to report that the collapse in the pathway has gotten wider, adding more strain to my fence panels which is now on the verge of collapsing. I’d appreciate it if this matter could be looked into urgently.
