Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 9040587.

12" pothole 4" deep outside The Anchor. Really deep. Really sharp. The main issue is traffic coming from Bexley towards The Anchor are pushed wide by permanently parked cars. I have seen several cars heading towards Bexley, swerve at the last second, into the path of an approaching car or bus. The proximity to the junction and the bus stop is causing real safety issues, not just the hole itself.

  • Following further investigations, we can confirm that the issue identified in this report does not currently exceed the Council's threshold where further action would be required at this stage. Further information on these guidelines can be found on our website:
