3 blocked kerbside drains

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 9013128.

These three consecutive drains are blocked by debris. They are situate at the southwest end of Station Road, outside Sergeants Court (old police station) to past 9 Station Road. Thames Water inform me that it is the Council's job to clear these drains - not theirs.
