Potholes and poor surface
Reported via desktop in the Damaged road category by Councillor Janice Ward-Wilson at 16:42, Tuesday 24 February 2026
Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 8990858.
There is a line of potholes next to the kerb, just before the shops on Pickford Lane, going towards the Broadway. They have had some temporary repairs but it's breaking up now. One elderly resident who was walking by when I was taking photographs, said that when cars pass by, the stones from the crumbling road surface, 'splash' up and hit her - I don't think it's damaging to her but unpleasant of course. I've included a photo of the stones that she mentioned. Is it possible to have the temporary repairs redone/strengthened, until a more permanent road surface replacement is possible please? Thank you.
