Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 8830270.
The drain outside 7 Elm road is blocked and has been for over 2 years the water then gathers in the pot hole that was temporarily repaired a week or so ago which is now in need of yet another repair which soaks pedestrians when the buses pull in , completely drenching a little old lady
