The park needs benches

Reported via mobile in the Contractor Enquiry/Complaints category anonymously at 21:16, Monday 2 February 2026

Sent to London Borough of Bexley 5 minutes later. Report ref: 8825046.

For the past 8 years this park has not been updated massively (apart from the planting of 2-3 trees next to the pavement and the big trimming of the large trees. May I please request the installation of a couple of benches so that people can enjoy the park more. There are elderly people that walk their dogs and young families with kids that would use the benches in the first part of the park. Also the park is lacking fitness facilities which are found to most other parks.

And one of the swings in the playground has been broken for more than a year now. The playground has 3 wooden animals that desperately need a lick of paint and their tails fixed. And one of the foot swings creaks so much and is hard for kids to push along that its rarely used.

Please invest more in these facilities as they are much loved by the residents in the neighbourhood. Many thanks!
