Outside the School and along Seacourt Road

Reported via desktop in the Footway / carriageway category anonymously at 16:12, Monday 26 January 2026

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 8772238.

I would like to report a persistent issue with dog fouling in the area immediately outside Willow Bank Primary School, particularly around Seacourt Road, Hartslock Drive and Portmeadow Walk.

This is a daily problem and poses a health and safety concern for our pupils, staff, and families who use these pavements and entrances throughout the day. Despite regular cleaning by the school, the fouling continues and is becoming increasingly difficult to manage.

We would be grateful if the council could support us by:

Increasing monitoring or enforcement in this area

Providing additional signage

Considering the installation of a dog waste bin nearby, if possible/Issuing signs to remind th owners about the FPN that could be issued.

We are keen to work collaboratively to keep the area clean and safe for the local community, especially children.

Please let me know if you require any further information.

Kind regards,

Jenny Edgar
