Raised with you before. You told me it is Thames Water to resolve. I raised with them twice (they closed the jobs twice) and spent ages with their customer service. They say this belongs to you, please resolve.

  • Following further investigations, we can confirm that the issue identified in this report does not currently exceed the Council's threshold where further action would be required at this stage. Further information on these guidelines can be found on our website:
