From nNo 26 to the road entrance to the carehome .

Cracking issues of concrete

Bitumen filling poor here. Needs the bitumen relaid properly between the concrete section of the surfacng.

Age , or poor workmanship or poor quality bitumen used. Contractrs work needs assessing by Council techical person.

Not a good use of council tax payers money.
