Harland Ave intersection with Brooklands Avenue ( Ulez Camera )

Another harland insection with Brooklands which has traffic from vehicles and parents/ children going and comming back.from the Primary School. .

Surfacing in general poor condtion with the common faults associated with the age/ quality etc . Poor bitumen levels in places..resulting in poor drainage just where there is foot traffic crossing both sections of Harland Ave. Old , tired and dangerous. Especially as it tight turning into both Little birches and Brooklands Ave. Traffic speed down & up Harland avenue in this aprt as relatively straight so see cars easily ,,,but for the foot traffic not helpful .
