Cracking, Poor surface, Subsidence, Bitumen not laid to correct angle...causing pooling of water ,,cant run away to the gully drain in the immediate vicinty.

As this Harland Ave intersection with Brooklands avenue is a route to the Dulverton Primary School , heavy use by parents with multiple children and scooters have to cross the dual carriagway of Harland Ave . Same problems on the otherside of Harland with intersection with Mardchal Ave . A danger..to all who pass thru the intersection
