Drain surround adjacent to Speed Hump collapsing

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 8660914.

Due to locating a Speed Hump, which forces traffic to the extreme left of the road, vehicles are forced to run directly over the drain, which is collapsing - again!

I reported this problem before, it was intially repaired extremely poorly, but then done properly.

However, as I warned at the time, unless the adjacent speed hump is removed, or moved, vehicles will continue to drive directly over the drain and the problem will return, again and again.
