This was reported before and the ticket was closed. The bin is still in place with a shopping basket of rubbish next to it. Who does this bin belong to and why is rubbish left next to it on a daily basis that does not appear to be removed. The bin needs to be removed and replaced back to either Waitrose or the Travelodge bin area. Please can this be actioned.
