Large road dip / sunken road on Chapel Road, outside house no 32

There is a significant dip or sunken section in the road surface. When buses and other heavy vehicles drive over it, it causes strong vibrations that can be felt inside the house and is shaking the property. This happens repeatedly throughout the day and is causing ongoing disturbance and concern about potential structural damage. The defect appears to be getting worse and needs inspection and repair.
