Leaking from drain

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 8613153.

Outside No 49 and 49A there is a drain leaving water over the pavement and into the road which can be dangerous if it freezes one of your employers came and lifted the drain cover and did something not sure what but it as been leaking every since it froze and turned into ice the last 2 days
