Kids on motorbikes

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 8601259.

Kids riding two motorbikes very fast around the park while there are small kids and off lead dogs. They live on Dorchester Avenue and their garage opens on the park at the Murchison Avenue entrance. I'm sure this is illegal and also very dangerous.
