20/12/25 6:45pm I tried parking at kerbside in the dark and didn't see the paving was jutting out and my tyre burst. It isn't obvious in the dark or when the leaves are on the ground but it's a trip/accident/hazard. I noticed there is not only a tree but also a pipe there which could be the reason for the paving being obtrusive

    Please note I failed to complete the job stating my replacement tyre cost me £80 today and I have the bill, I enclose a copy and am looking for full reimbursement.
