Black bollard in grass area knocked over on pavement & in road

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 8491462.

I reported this issue back in 2023 (reference number - 4830717) where a builder knock this and it was leaning obstructing me getting onto and off my drive. This was fixed the same day, however, this fell down again a few days after. Today a neighbour on the road done a 3 point turn outside my house and when manoeuvred forward the neighbour drove into the pole knocking it over on the grass area, of which part of it is in the road.

Please can this either be removed as it causes constant issues with stability or fixed properly.

This is the pole outside in between number 15 & 17 Oaklands Avenue, DA15 8NF.
