Thames road central metal railings

It has been over at least two months since the metal railing have damaged, does the council have a schedule date as to when the railings will be replaced?

Also the council should consider and invest some traffic control to manage the speed of the road as it’s not a racetrack also the signs need to replaced with a suitable flexibility solution
