Unknown car have been parked at night suspiciously and standing here for 4 days- no one coming to collect. Parked in private area and disturbing our driving as is no much space. Also scratched the residents car door.

As we don’t know who is the owner of the car, we are suspicious and worried that something wrong is going on. Vat is untaxed and without MOT- could be stolen? Please, check this matter as our neighbour are all concerned and worried.
