Trip hazard

The bin has been broken away from its base leaving plastic sticking up from the pavement creating a trip hazard wspexially when the shop holders park 3 cars on the path and the customers park on the yellow line the area is unlit and my daughter tripped over it and into the road. Its been broken for months now. Unlike previous reports please don’t just remove it, in this case please repair or replace it. We need the bins due to littering issues.
