Hi

I did report this problem already this week 8230137. I reported it in the evening of the 29/9/25 and got a reply at 9am in the morning of the 30/9/25 saying status fixed . How is that possible . A complete fob off and zero explanation. Very big branches with phone line running against it and other branches hanging over and touching the phone lines.
