Noisy manhole reported before ( told it was a Thames Water problem but TW have been and investigated and confirmed it is not theirs but a local council issue ). Tarmac around cover is now sinking and breaking up. As well as the constant noise as traffic drives over it, there is now the concern of collapse and possible accident.
