Request for Urgent Inspection and Repair of Damaged Slabs

I would like to raise a concern regarding several broken or loose slabs that have remained in poor condition for the past four years. This ongoing issue has unfortunately led to multiple incidents, including trips and falls involving both my child and an elderly family member. While none of the injuries have been serious so far, the risk remains significant and persistent. I kindly request that this matter be investigated and addressed as soon as possible to prevent any further accidents or potential harm. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
