This car has been here taking this parking space for a few weeks. It was never there before. This is the Woolwich road, one way service road adjacent to the DVSA offices and driving test centre .
Parking is very limited in this road and many of the cars are not owned or used by the residents or workers of the premises on the road, which makes it extremely difficult to park.
It is becoming a huge problem for residents and staff of the shops and DVSA on this stretch of road.
