Manhole rocking and very noisy

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 8236464.

The cover is bouncing and very noisy. You say it’s not your problem, it’s Thames water. A Thames water representative visited and took photos. He explained it was NOT their responsibility. Please explain as this has been going on for months
