Flags hung around roundabout distracting while driving

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 8116132.

Flags have been hung around the roundabout following the far-right movement 'Operation Raise the Colours'. Not expecting them, I thought something was flying into the road as they were flapping in the wind and almost caused me to swerve which would have ended in a crash.

    We could not find the fly tipping.

    We are already aware of this fly tipping and are making arrangement to clear it .

    We are unable to assist with flytipping in privately owned alleyways, except in exceptional circumstances i.e. attracting vermin or white goods.
